In the rare instance that an item arrives faulty or is damaged in transit we are happy to offer a replacement or refund.
If you have changed your mind on a product, it must be returned within 30 days of order and must be returned in original saleable condition, that being, unused in the original packaging with any original labels attached. A 15% restocking fee will apply.
For items sold with FREE Postage, a 20% fee of the total order will be deducted to cover postage costs.
Credit minus postage fees will be refunded to the account the money was originally paid from. The original cost of postage will be refunded where the item is deemed faulty. All return shipping costs (excluding faulty items) are at the buyer’s expense.
Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us – if you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and your returns may not be accepted.
It is the buyers responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If the provided shipping address is incorrect resulting the item to be sent back to our warehouse, a return to sender fee of $10 per item fee and re-delivery fee will apply.
We will endeavour to process your returned product as soon as we can once it is received at our warehouse (the items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging), this process usually takes up to 5 business days from the day we receive the returned product. PLEASE NOTE: We reserves the right to reject returns outside the 30 day return period or items which are returned that are not in the original condition and/or packaging.
Refunds of purchased paid for using Paypal.
If you pay for goods on this website using Paypal and then change your mind and wish to cancel or refund, we will charge you the full amount of the non-refundable free Paypal charge us. Therefore if we choose to provide a refund, we will only refund the remainder, not including the amount of the Paypal Fee.
